Throughout the growing season, The Market features local farmers and produce dealers each week, selling fresh, seasonal vegetables, fruits, baked goods, flowers, plants, and more. The farmers converge on Clinton Square, located at 161 West Genesee Street (map), every Tuesday through the summer and early fall.
The Downtown Farmers Market will open for the 2023 season on Tuesday, June 13, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm and continues through Tuesday, October 10.
*PLEASE NOTE: For one week only, Tuesday, June 20, the farmers market will be hosted at the One Lincoln Center parking lot (map).
Make sure to stay in the know on what to expect at the Farmers Market with our weekly Downtown Farmers Market Newsletter! To subscribe to our weekly newsletter, sent out every Monday afternoon throughout The Market season, send a note to mail@DowntownSyracuse.com. Put "Farmers Market Newsletter" in the subject line. The newsletter provides a schedule of what to expect for the next Market Day.
We hope you'll make visits to the Downtown Farmers Market part of your 2023 routine.
Each week, we feature a "Lunchtime Live Music Series" (11:30 am - 1:30 pm) performance for our visitors' enjoyment presented by CNY Arts, Onondaga County and SUNY Oswego.
New this year, be on the lookout for the VIP Corner, sponsored by VIP Structures. Look for the VIP Corner signs near a vendor each week, where attendees can learn about the Farmer behind the produce!
