Sebastian Matthews is the author, most recently, of Beyond Repair: Living in a Fractured State and Beginner’s Guide to a Head-on Collision, both out from Red Hen Press. He lives with his family in Asheville, NC, where he leads workshops at the Great Smokies Writing Program. Matthews also hosts a community radio show, Jazz on a Summer’s Day, that often features writers, artists, musicians, and activists talking about music that moves them.
