Unity Hall is thrilled to present Mason McDowell, outstanding keyboardist and vocalist, in its Free weekly virtual concert series Saturday, May 23. The concert will premiere at 8 pm and will be viewable at unityhall.com until the following Saturday's virtual concert premieres.

Originally from Hamilton, NY, Mason McDowell has recently been living in Brooklyn as he tends to his music career. Mason is an impressive vocalist, keyboard player and songwriter. And impressive is an understatement! He will perform a half-hour free concert in the Saturday series.

Unity Hall's Virtual Concert Series kicked off on May 9, 2020 in response to the Covid-19 crisis. Each week's concert premieres on Saturday nights at 8 pm (Eastern) at unityhall.com and will be viewable until the following week's concert is posted so viewers can watch at their convenience.

Through a grant provided by CNY Arts, each musician is compensated for their performance, but we hope those enjoying these performances will make a donation through our virtual tip jar where proceeds will go to each week's performer.

This event is sponsored by the Unity Hall Foundation, a not-for-profit organization founded in 1995 to maintain the 1896 Hall as a center for the arts and community activities.

The High Notes Online Music Series is made possible in part with funds from the Decentralization Program, a re-grant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature and administered by CNY Arts. All grant funds are being used to pay the performers during these professionally challenging times brought on by the pandemic.
