City of Syracuse Arts & Culture Recovery Fund
The Arts & Culture Recovery Fund program is designed to bolster the arts and culture sector in the City of Syracuse through support to individual artists, nonprofit arts organizations, and for-profit corporations with arts services or programming; with permanent resident in the City of Syracuse; and who have been negatively and disproportionately economically impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic. The Arts & Culture Recovery Fund program will distribute $1.105 million of recovery support in arts, culture, history, and heritage grants to develop high-quality programming to generate economic activity, create meaningful employment to those in the industry, and produce tax revenue for the City of Syracuse.

Award amount for Nonprofits & Corporations: Up to $100,000.00

State & Local Partnership Technical Assistance Program (NYSCA SLP)
The State & Local Partnership Technical Assistance program (TA) is a partnership program of the New York State Council on the Arts for 2022 State & Local Partnership Grantees only. The TA program provides funds to create or augment new and existing professional services. These services should target specific organization challenges and opportunities and have the potential to significantly advance the mission of the SLP constituent organization.
Community Arts Grant (NYSCA Statewide Community Regrant)
Formerly known as Decentralization (DEC). Project support grants for arts, culture, and heritage programs that are accessible to the public. Awards range from $500 - $5,000. Locations: Cortland, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, or Oswego counties only.

Arts Education Grant (NYSCA Statewide Community Regrant)

Project support grants for organizations to provide arts, culture, and heritage programs in Onondaga County. Awards range from $1,000 - $10,000. Location: Onondaga county only.
