The Syracuse Shakespeare Festival is best known for mounting shows from the vast Shakespeare canon. Noises Off, by Michael Frayn, our first modern farce, directed by Dan Stevens, runs for six performances at the Empire Theater, NYS Fairgrounds, February 10-19, 2017.
Normally our plays result in bodies on the floor, but in Noises Off trousers hit the floor. A fantastic farce can lead to the craziest of situations involving multiple love triangles, scantily clad women, a nose-bleeder who fears blood & violence, fish, phones, booze, an axe and lots of slamming doors... what are you waiting for? Go buy some tickets and have a really good laugh.
"Noises Off" is presented by special arrangement with SAMUEL FRENCH, INC
