The Cayuga Museum, in partnership with Olive Trees and
aaduna, is continuing a program dedicated to writers and writing. Word,
revisited is a bimonthly, community program exploring original writing in all
its diverse, intriguing, provocative, and exciting forms.
One June 14 we will finish the spring series of word, revisited with David Connelly.
Connelly has been an adjunct professor of philosophy at Cayuga Community College since 2012. Also a writer, he is on a grant finishing a book about Thomas Mott Osborne, early 20th century democracy advocate and prison reformer.
Word, revisited takes place on the second and
fourth Thursday of each month in the intimate space of the Carriage House
Theater behind the Cayuga Museum. Each evening’s program includes both a
featured speaker and an open mic session. Doors will open at 5:30 pm for open
mic sign-up; the featured speaker will begin at 6:00. Admission is $3 per
person, cash bar is available.
All proceeds benefit the Cayuga Museum.
