About the class:
The classes are for beginners who wish to learn and practice yoga breathing for health, as well as using the breath for meditation. Four yoga
breath techniques will be covered over the three-week period. Long breath (often referred to as yogic breath and or meditative breath), alternate nostril breath, breath of fire, and ocean breath.
