Time for something “Different” - come and experience recent paintings by the well known painter, Lutz Scherneck. Feast your eyes with color as a break from the drab grays and winter blues.

The Mohawk Valley Center for the Arts (MVCA) 2017 Regional Art Show Committee awarded the well respected painter, Lutz Scherneck, the opportunity to display a collection of his paintings at their 401 Gallery. Born in Germany, Lutz immigrated to the United States early in his life and settled here in Upstate New York. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting from Syracuse University School of Visual and Performing Arts in 1976. 

The opening reception for “Different” will be held on Friday, March 15 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at Mohawk Valley Center for the Arts 401 Gallery located at 401 Canal Place, Little Falls, NY. The event is free and open to all art lovers. “Different” runs from March 15 to April 27. Gallery hours are Wednesday-Saturday, Noon - 4 PM.
