Who May Apply: 501(c)(3) Nonprofit organizations that host arts & cultural festivals with high artistic excellence & artistic merit in Cortland, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, & Oswego Counties
Award Amount: $1,000.00 to $5,000.00
Project Period: January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024
Because the eligible project period begins January 1 of this year, awarded agencies will be allowed to back-bill from that date forward.

How to Apply: *Proposals are accepted on a rolling deadline based on available funds with a priority deadline of Friday, December 1, 2023. Funding requests must be submitted via the Google form application.

The purpose of the Onondaga County Microgrants Program is to provide grant funding for arts and cultural projects, programs, and services offered by nonprofit organizations and grassroots entities that contribute to the cultural development of Onondaga County.

Who may apply: Nonprofit organizations and community-focused unincorporated entities in Onondaga County
Award Amount: Up to $1,000.00

The purpose of the Tier Three Project Support program is to provide grant funding for arts and cultural projects, programs, and services made available to the public by Onondaga County nonprofit organizations designated as Tier Three Agencies.

Grants for Regional Arts and Culture Engagement (GRACE)
Formerly known as Decentralization (DEC) and Statewide Community Regrant (SCR). Project support grants for arts, culture, and heritage programs that are accessible to the public. Award tiers range from $1,000, $5,000, and $10,000. Locations: Cortland, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, or Oswego counties only.

Operating support grants for arts and cultural institutions in Onondaga County. This program is by invitation only. Location: Onondaga county only.
