NEA Festival Fund
The NEA Festival Fund program is a regrant program administered by CNY Arts and made possible with funds from the National Endowment for the Arts. The goal of the NEA Festival Fund program is to provide grant funding for arts & cultural festivals with high artistic excellence and artistic merit to nonprofit organizations in Cortland, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, and Oswego Counties.

The purpose of the Tier Three Project Support program is to provide grant funding for arts and cultural projects, programs, and services to the public executed by Onondaga County nonprofit organizations designated as Tier Three Agencies.

How to apply: All applications must be submitted online through Submittable
Who may apply: Tier Three Agencies in Onondaga County
Award Amount: $1,000.00 to $10,000.00
Project Period: January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023
*The original application deadline for the Tier Three Support Program was April 3rd. We have moved the deadline forward to allow for an earlier award decision and more time for grantees to plan and budget for programming in the spring and summer of 2023.
Community Arts Grant (NYSCA Statewide Community Regrant)
Formerly known as Decentralization (DEC). Project support grants for arts, culture, and heritage programs that are accessible to the public. Awards range from $500 - $5,000. Locations: Cortland, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, or Oswego counties only.
